Nikki has worked in the Human Performance environment for 25 years and in that time has incorporated and run a successful Human Performance company, which she sold in 2014. She has created, designed and developed a number of human performance evaluation and assessment tools that are now employed internationally in Aviation and with the UK Police Force and been a Sports Psychologist for 20 years including officially with Olympic and Formula One teams. Through Orbit Performance and her sister company iMeasure Ltd, she is continuing to work to find ways of successfully improving performance that are modern and relevant to the current workforce and organisational cultures. She has a track record of combining her Human Factors knowledge and her Psychological and Human Performance qualification and knowledge to create highly effective ways of measuring complex human issues. Her techniques are unique in that they are able to incorporate physical, mental and behavioural aspects of performance as well as, uniquely the impact and interaction that people have with social media and how it may influence their behaviour at work.
Les brings a wide variety of experience to his consultancy activities borne of over 30 years within the military and a further 12 years expertise in commercial environments. He also offers a broad understanding of many of the cultural implications of operating in various parts of the world but specifically Africa, the Middle East and India. He has proven skills in many aspects of flying and ground training. He is an experienced Flying Supervisor, Display Pilot and Mentor. Les is also a highly qualified Flying Display Director who is actively involved currently with the Jersey, Farnborough and Bahrain International Air Displays.
Hannah is a dedicated and professional Business Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience applying psychological theory and understanding into the world of human performance. She has extensive experience developing and delivering psychometric and behavioural assessments to a worldwide client-base of commercial, military and private companies, airlines and training organisations. An experienced interviewer and test developer, she is skilled in assisting clients to understand the impact of not only personality and skills, but also motivation, culture and technology, within the selection process and workplace, to provide bespoke and intelligent assessment solutions.
Mark is an innovative, proactive and experienced Senior Manager who combines strong motivational leadership with excellent engineering knowledge in the defence and vehicle industry. Having spent 22 years as an Electronics Engineer and Manager before moving into Through Life Support and Programme Management, he provides a wide breadth of knowledge across a range of disciplines. Able to work across various engineering streams and provide in-depth advice and experience to problem solve. With knowledge and experience across the complete system life-cycle, from Concept to Disposal he can anticipate customer needs and requirements. He is a firm believer that ILS is not a “stand-alone” discipline, but an over-arching and all-encompassing methodology that affects all strands of a project from Cradle to Grave. He strives to ensure that everyone involved in a project buys in to this philosophy and makes it a part of their own job role and requirement.
