08 May Nikki certified as HPTI Practitioner
Nikki has recently been certified as a High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) practitioner. HPTI has been developed by Thomas International and is an excellent tool for promoting and developing talent within your workforce. Nikki’s new skill will augment her already impressive portfolio in the Selection and Assessment domain. Nikki will use HPTI to help your business identify those individuals that have the potential to grow further within your organisation. Nikki has already found that HPTI is proving to be an excellent tool in helping to identify and develop Command Upgrade candidates within the aviation domain.
